About
ACTV is a nonprofit corporation, which operates channels 19, 20 and 21 on the Starstream cable system. We reach more than 7,000 households in the Auburn area. As a public access or PEG channel, we are chartered to provide Public, Education and Government access via the cable charter of the Town of Auburn. Our most popular purpose is to empower Auburn area individuals, organizations and groups to imagine, create and produce their own television programs. We’re here to provide you and your neighbors a place (our studio and editing facilities) and the means (our camera equipment and editing systems) to create locally produced television content (your ideas and interests) to share with the rest of the community and outlying regions.
Auburn Community Television is non-commercial television, but our nonprofit organization relies on public donations to operate. Become a member now to experience all the benefits of community television and support the Auburn area. Follow us on Twitter at Twitter.com/AuburnTV.
