About

ACTV is a nonprofit corporation, which operates channels 19, 20 and 21 on the WAVE cable system. We serve households in the The City of Auburn. As a public access or PEG channel, we are chartered to provide Public, Educational, and Government access via the cable charter of the Town of Auburn. Our most popular purpose is to empower Auburn area individuals, organizations and groups to imagine, create and produce their own television programs. We’re here to provide you and your neighbors a place (our studio and editing facilities) and the means (our camera equipment and editing systems) to create locally produced television content (your ideas and interests) to share with the rest of the community and outlying regions.

Auburn Community Television is non-commercial television, but our nonprofit organization relies on public donations to operate. Become a member now to experience all the benefits of community television and support the Auburn area. CONTACT US AT auburntv@gmail.com or call (530) 887-8778

Re: airing of new “Celebration of Aging” show
I am Harry Antonian, Executive Producer, and Co-Host of the “Celebration of Aging,” television program sponsored by myself. I also have volunteering with me one fine talented lady who in addition to me, and Ms. Anny-France Couly ,French Producer will be pointing the show into a watchable direction. She is Pat Livingston the Director, member of SAG ,and AFTRA, and Co- host who brings a wealth of experience. The show already has over 111 stations who are broadcasting it on a regular basis. The first season features two hosts, 1 woman and 1 man, who interview Seniors guest about their life styles and how they live their life. Each guest has signed a release form and filled out a 4 page questionnaire to inform the host about some of their characteristics, habits, and secrets of their longevity. In addition, there will be segments of couples who are married, couples who date, singles living alone, singles living together, volunteers, widows, widowers, singles who want to date, or have a pet, singles who are still working, centenarians, people who baby sit a lot with their grand kids, and more. Each show will feature different segments from the last show It will be under 30 minutes long absent any adverting or personal promotions excluding credit. This show will present a new image for seniors,

As volunteers our goal is to find out and share some secrets about living a long life from our guest with an audience. In addition, to also having some enjoyment in making this show. It will be a positive, entertaining, informative, upbeat, and most of all a watchable production. All of us have the experience in making a TV show.

We have had some production challenges, and have had three stations help us ,and advise us accordingly. We would like to send you a copy of the first show for your review. We would like to air the show on a regular basis with your station. We film one to two times per month. We are all volunteers and there is no financial responsibility to your station, and we receive no financial remuneration. We are all committed volunteers.
