When artist Ann Ragland visited ACTV today with her amazing and colorful artwork, the studio was transformed. We thought we had landed somewhere over the rainbow. Loyce Smallwood invited the Sacramento artist on her show CONNECTIONS, in which Loyce entertains us by chatting with artists of all different types. Ms Ragland works with a variety of mediums but today she wowed us with her silk creations.
